Royal Jamaica (sorrel print)

A pattern from my Royal Jamaica series, this print is based on the sorrel fruit more commonly known as sorrel flower or la flor de jamaica (Jamaica flower). The fruit is widely used in various cultures to make tea. Most famous is the sorrel tea Jamaicans drink around Christmas time and the agua de jamaica ice tea popular in Mexico.
