Minimal alarm.

Wake up time shouldn't differ much from day to day. This design promotes consistent wake-up times.

Time setting screen is black, so your eyes aren't blasted with blue light right before sleep. Thus not suppressing the secretion of melatonin.

Alarm screen, on the other hand, is pure white to help you wake up. The snooze button is more prominent to prevent dismissing the alarm by mistake. It does have a drawback of promoting snoozing behaviour.
