Arrival | Why Are They Here?

Keeping this Illustration Series going strong with another entry. This one is from a not-so-often talked about movie anymore but still one of the brain twisters, Arrival.

Inspiration from this illustration came from one of my favourite artists @Alex Pasquarella with his awesome simple geometric illustrations.

I think the buildings could be less orange or just a different color entirely, but I've started playing around with more than just 1 color/shade to give the illustration some depth and contrast.
.
Building out the cityscape wasn't quite as hard as it used to be which shows progress but overall composition needs improvement IMO.
