Domain configuration - 1 field

A quick flow to elevate the process of adding a domain to your Fastly configuration. My goals are to make adding a domain the most straight forward and clear step since its the first thing that customers see in the configuration section. In this new pattern, extraneous text about "Test domain" is removed since users can't test a domain until they have activated the service.
