Day 7 of the Daily Logo Challenge

The challenge today was to create a new fashion brand logo for a company called - Oakao. I wanted to take it a step further and apply it to a specific niche of the clothing market - surfwear.

The style is more retro with the color scheme and font choice as opposed to a typical high-end brand fashion company. I wanted to keep it simple but also incorporate the surf style subtly but effectively. I used the negative space inside the letter "O" to form the surfboard with the sun setting behind it and the beach sand underneath.
