Marius Sperlich Site Design

This design concept was created to showcase a photography based portfolio. No design software was opened until we thought about the process of executing a photoshoot to achieve that one perfect shot. We considered the photographers main tool, the camera, and it's structure and function. This is what we came up with: A navigation feature that mirrors the spin dial on a camera body, this dial is used to cycle through the images you've captured. Even if you’ve never used a camera we think it subtly makes a connection between the photography process and showcasing the art itself.
