Tatooine | The Galaxy's Wild West

To be honest, I was never really into Star Wars, all the laser shooting and the weird creatures never really made me fall in love with the series. But what I did fall in love with were the environments. I've never really seen a movie just invent so many different alien-looking environments into one movie. It was pretty amazing to say the least.

Thought I would introduce another color to my usual monochrome illustrations to mix things up. Including another yellow shade to the sky made it very bland and no contrast so putting in a very desaturated green-blue was my choice.

Also tried to add a little bit of visual interest by putting a man on top of the sand dune looking out to the distance at the crash ahead. Incorporating some story elements to it.

I've put more emphasis on working on the coloring this time around, using different shades for the dark and light colors.
