HANX approached us with a brief to completely re-design and redevelop their e-commerce website as part of a brand refresh.

HANX wanted to apply the lessons they'd learned based on user feedback on their current website, and apply these to the updated site. To incorporate these findings, we ensured that all design decisions were objectively driven based on the existing feedback data collected.
