020: Location Tracker/Navigation

Hi guys,

For day 20 I created a mobile design for a location tracker/navigation.

When I started this design challenge I knew two things for sure: I wanted to work with a light color palette and I wanted the map to cover the screen completely.

This challenged me to find a way to fit the input fields and the directions into the design. My solution to this problem was to create two card components using Material Design.

By creating the card components I made sure the user can easily read the directions and can change or search for a location at any time. All of this while having the map cover the whole screen, without losing any functionality.
