Pindrop

Hello Dribbble! I'm Georgie and I'm a soon-to-be graduate of University of South Wales Graphic Communication. I generally specialise in branding, interaction design and illustration, but I tend to dabble in many different areas of design. This is my final major project of university. I tasked myself with injecting the excitement into British travel for British millennials. I found that many of my target audience weren't engaging with their home country's holidays as they found them uninspiring and wanted to explore cultures around the world. Instead of trying to replace international travel, I created Pindrop to encourage mindful, UK road trip travel. This is the part of the website I was most excited about. I experimented with parallax scrolling and created this little animation in after effects - so pleased with how it turned out! I'm also celebrating with the news that I will be graduating from university with a FIRST CLASS HONOURS DEGREE! I'm beyond thankful, proud and excited. I never thought I'd be able to get there but I did!
