Sign up page for a Travel & Tour company

I started the UI design 100 days of code challenge(this is for day 1- a sign up page or form) but I wasn't quite sure how to go about it. So I looked up different sign up pages online, picked a few ideas I liked, and here we are. Let me know what you think.
