Sakura Cosmetics Branding & Product Design

Branding and packaging designs for a cosmetics company called "Sakura" - meaning cherry blossom tree.

Though I personally do not use makeup, I always love looking at the packaging designs, and how beautiful they tend to be!

Taking a dig myself, I created a clean cherry blossom leaf logo, with beautiful complimentary type with a simple pink divider to further detail and round off the logo.

Onto the packaging designs I placed the logo and used clear sans-serif type to show what the product is, and kept branding consistent through further use of the Sakura Pink with the packaging lids. The pink was further referenced through soft texturing over the bright packaging.

I found the final outcome to be sweet and charming, with a feeling of light freshness, perfect for the cherry blossoms that float so elegantly in the wind.
