48bit is a software development company. The numbers 4 and 8 are encrypted with lines and circles that refer to the usual zeros and ones — the basis of machine data transmission. When new data enters the device, it is processed by the software to enable the user to work with them. Through a metaphor, the logo design alludes to products from 48 bits: the binary code is as important to the operation of machines as the operating system.
