Neon effect

Breaking my posting drought with this little neon number.

Part of what I do for Spotify, is to create typography art for some of their podcast covers. Whilst this post is an unused concept, it was fun getting out of illustrator and jumping in to photoshop to replicate the neon look with some layer effects and textures.

Would anyone be interested if I made a tutorial on how I created this?
