Turf War

I recently got new neighbours. They are louder than me. They like whack music and talk about stupid stuff at an unreasonable volume. I’d rat on them to my landlord but I don’t want them to rat on me for that time that I fell asleep on my couch with Frasier on autoplay for like 8 hours in retaliation. I don’t want a turf war. But I also don’t want to hear kid rock on a weeknight. What is a boy to do?
