Happy to wait for you.

The face that waits beyond being hold hold for entirely too long is a human too. So please be kind to them, they probably have a boss breathing down their throats not making their day so great.

So be a pleasant customer, and everyone can be happy.
This is something that has taken me way too many years to realize!
