Convergence Symbol

A symbol for a logo I designed. The program is called Convergence and it's all about when your gifts, abilities, talents, and professional and life experiences converge at a specific point in one's life and what kinds of things are an expression of that moment in an individual's life. A good example of this is Walt Disney when he built Disneyland.

The symbol has four roads converging and then rotating around the circle and moving out again, this represents how our ideas and experiences should be cyclical. The target in the lower left quadrant symbolizes being focused and intentional. The cogs represent thinking, but also doing as well. The compass represents finding direction, the right path.
