📌 Modern Job Posting

I think modern job descriptions might be better.

The whole design industry suffer, when the position of the "Designer" can be 100% different in two unrelated companies in the same area. Now it seems like all companies have totally different views on the position and responsibilities.

I imagine companies could describe the expected routine people would have at the job. This would filter candidates better and give them a clue what the position is about.

Of course companies could give more description about the current knowledge about the problem and let candidates change the ratio and suggest why they think it should be different.

In the end, everyone gets more transparent results in terms of interviews, hiring process and first results.
