Nullboard - Crowded Mode

Added support for when there's more on the board that fits the screen. In this case the whole thing goes into a "crowded" mode, pushing corner menus up, trimming board's max-width to fit exact multiple of lists and adding scroll bar above the lists. Seems to work fine... at least in Firefox.
