Small UX improvement in Telegram App

Hey there!

I really like to use "fast video chat" in telegram app. But i found one problem for me.
It's very simple to use this feature only with one hand: tap on Video icon and hold to record, unhold to send. But, sometimes i need to show what is going on around me (need to switch camera view). And here is a problem, it's impossible to make simply, need to tap with second hand.
And i thought what if move Rotate icon closer to Video icon, and when you need to switch view, you can easily move finger to -45° and view will be changed :)
