Taxation Without Representation

Representing our nation's capital with the three stars and two bars, this DC flag print was made on 5x7" watercolor paper. Using a Dreaming Dogs ruling pen and a blend of black India ink and red Windsor Newton calligraphy ink, each print is handmade and, as such, is endowed by their creator with unique characteristics; no two are the same.
