The Island

I really loved making this painting. I changed the colour scheme around 60 times until I found a balanced composition, which was so satisfying. The idea from the painting came from an island my friends and I would visit in the middle of the night when we stayed in our boarding school. I sold this painting in my exhibition in Stockholm, and in all honesty, I almost regret not keeping it.
