App design
The idea with this project was to create an omnichannel experience for the business. Improve the user experience for the users not only on the app but also the website.
This project started from scratch, first it was all the meetings with stakeholders who told us exactly what they needed as a company and what they wanted for the users, once we understood that came up with a methodology to start working.
This methodology included:
- Timeline and deadlines
- Tasks planning (including research, prototypes, user testing, getting feedback, organizing quantitative, qualitative data and presenting to the client)
- Step by Step of the process
As one of the main leaders of the project, I had the opportunity to speak with the client and understand more his needs, also started a benchmarking research, ideation and then user testing that helped us to improve some specific tasks and give the final users a better product and experience.
At the end we presented the entire research, data and visual design to the client based on our tests results and data.
It was a very challenging project and my team and I worked very well together bringing the best for the client.
