Vive Natural App

This was my final project from college, I had the opportunity to work with some amazing people from an organic market and we wanted to improve their way of selling.

Also this project was developed with a classmate who's mainly work was to develop the app. As the UX designer of the project I came up with the plan for the design process and taking a lot of support from my classmate (my team) to organize all the details.

Part of the process was:

- Meetings with the market people (around 40 people)
- Research and understanding how the market worked and also how other markets worked in the country or outside.
- Interviews with the market people to understand more their process and also interview and surveys with the buyers at the market to understand more their needs and requirements.
- Prototyping (low, medium and high quality)
- User testing as (personas and usability tests with specific tasks, )
- Visual design of the entire app (for sellers and buyers)
- Development process
- Final presentation and giving the app to the market as it was the main object of the project.
