A/B Testing with supportful
I've recently conducted A/B testing on Supportful's marketing landing pages dedicated to a specific band of users in an after click scenario.
The main goal was to increase the conversion rate by taking into consideration the user's eye scanning patterns when placing the CTAs, reducing cognitive load by simplifying the copy and value proposition and minimizing signup friction by providing social signup options.
