Reassuring users, a UX case study for Airbnb

If something stresses both hosts and guests in Airbnb platform is the moment of handling keys. Will the host be there on time? Has she/him dropped the keys? Why is he/she not responding my messages now? Will be the guest on time?

This exercise’s goal is trying to solve that friction, keeping the existent Design System, while making of it a realistic solution, by using design thinking, and make all ready to be implemented, easy, right?
