Kanban Workshop

My experience in Mannovation Consulting about the Kanban workshop:
We carried out a task (in groups of 10) of the creation of a bird with Legos.

Pros:
- Atmosphere and materials
-Graphics and illustrative exercises, everybody would understand
- Bibliography's Recommendations on

Cons:
- The number of participants did not allow the moderator to guide as he had planned
- Due to time we didnt finish with the conclutions
- Poor design slide
-The moderator confused the audience with Canvas vs. Kanban but He doesnt explain very well the difference between them.

In conclusion, I would recommend attending as long as you need to round up your knowledge
