Stoked to be working with the talented Charleston duo Shuai and Corrie Wang on their upcoming restaurant. Their direction was driven by Shuai's heritage and both of their Chinese Zodiac signs. The restaurant is opening this year up in Park Circle and'll be a "celebration of local farmers and fishermen inspired by Japanese cuisine, but fueled by Chinese heritage.”
