Bonnie & Clyde
One of 4 pieces of physical type created for film magazine Beneficial Shock's issue on sex . The brief was to explore the notion of cinematic climax through typography. Here the quote "you've made me somebody they're gonna remember" references the climactic moment from 1967 film Bonnie and Clyde.
The aim was to create typography that not only referenced Bonnie and Clyde sexual relationship, which was acted out through the excitement of robbing banks. But also the final climatic scene where the two characters dance in death from the volume of bullets hitting them.
