Kyoto Tower Illustration Vaporwave Style

This was my first shot on a different approach of Illustration. Normally i would be posting the landscape first before uploading another Landmark. Japan is often considered, next to miami, as the birthplace of the vaporwave movement. I tried to give it a shot and this is what it came it. The Main problem for me for illustrating Kyoto is the fact that Kyoto is a really traditional town, which is why it is so hard to find anything modern. The town is still beautiful though with many Temples, Shrines and the legendary Bamboo forest. The traditional part of the town is where the beauty of Kyoto shines. Definitely worth checking out for a relaxing holiday.
