Bon Amie: Sad Egg

The first in a series of illustrations based on the concept of food having human responses to culinary circumstances. Bon Amie is conceptualised to have a contrasting response from a complementary food. For example, Bacon could be angry, yet appear as slightly “burnt,” or waffles would be happy with syrup being tears of Joy. After all, who doesn’t love waffles?

I was also eyeing these for limited release in sticker form, as part of sets (I.e. breakfast foods, Americana foods, etc.).
