Illustrated App Screens

I have been working on a fun little project for the past couple of weeks. The client wanted a minimally designed Android app with illustrations sprinkled throughout the UI.

Even though I have no expertise in illustration design (Adobe Illustrator has always been such a challenge for me), I decided I'd give it a try. I downloaded a few illustrations from Shutterstock, fired up Illustrator (we meet again!), and went to work modifying shapes, colors, compositions, and basically everything I could.

This is what I managed to create. This might not be the best work out there, but damn I am proud of it. I'll be sharing more illustrations for this project soon.
