Modal in modal interaction

Well, the resolution is bad, but that doesn't deteriorate the concept of the interaction design, does it?

Remember those endless discussions of modals-in-modals and why not or why do use them? I know! It's about the smooth details, even though many (non design) people still don't believe that, I reckon?
