About the Beer: Everything under the sun. We've heard the expression, also known as the kitchen sink, or the whole lot. This American IPA is just that, a smorgasbord of ingredients from extras we had in the grain room and hop cooler. Based with NYS Pale Pilsner, Mariss Otter, and Vienna Malts, as well as a light addition of Barely, Flaked Oaked and Wheat, then bittered with Nugget, Michigan Copper, Pacific Gem, and Simcoe hops. The resulting brew is an incredible mixture of flavors. An ideal bitterness, medium bodied American IPA with malt and hop character to boot. Sometimes more really is better.
