Smart Portal - Travel Management Dashboard Concept

This project was to redesign a corporate travel management tool, to help end users (usually travel managers) better manage their company's travel needs by accessing the data that is most important to them.

The approach was to optimise and re-organise existing features to enhance the usability of the management portal, so that it can be the go-to tool for managers of travel within organisations.

There is a concept of widgets that users are already accustomed to. Widgets allow the travel managers to see in depth data about their company’s travel usage. Because different managers have different needs, we designed the home page of the dashboard so that it is customisable. We introduced a grid system that meant users can drag and reorganise the dashboard as they wish.
