Nando's card sign up app screen - Daily UI :: 001

A quick redesign of the 'register your card' page on the Nando's site, using graphic elements from their brand and incorporating them into the text fields and shape of the buttons.

To keep this Daily UI challenge easier I will just redesign the last thing I used that relates to the design hint, and I ordered Nando's last night and had to sign up to get it delivered.
