Let the mind blow of Steam
Yesterday I felt so angry and I couldn’t explain it.
The Asthanga yoga touched my emotional body and let something that I clutched on to release.
I learned the import lesson, to accept every emotion with your heart.
While lying down to calm my nerves, I felt waves of anger moving through me.
Until the tide past.
