BRINGING DIGITAL TO THE STUDENT LETTINGS MARKET.
The student lettings market was ripe for disruption. Cash-strapped students and heavily taxed landlords pay sky high fees to letting agents, all the while receiving sub-par service. The process is typically slow, frustrating, opaque and entirely offline.

We worked with the SPCE team to design and develop a solution that would improve the experience for all parties involved (except perhaps legacy lettings agents…) by moving the entire process online.

We delivered a web platform and an iOS app in 6 months, with search, book, guarantor verification and custom analytics features. The app was launched nationwide in November 2017.
