Ramen Shop

Ramen is my favorite food in Japan and I recently went to the famous Ichiran. They have a standard Ramen which can be modified as per one's choice. The staff hands out a choice form and pen to be filled before entering the place and I thought, handing out paper instructions is way too old.....
