Feedback Concept

Recently I was digging through some old screens of a community based writing app that I worked on last year and thought this concept of giving feedback on other users articles was interesting. Users could go into a comment/note mode and select from "feedback, plagiarism, and false info" then leave a corresponding note on the article for others to see.
