Force TLS and enable HSTS with max-age

We received feedback from our users and support team that the default "max-age" for a security setting was too long. When they are trying this configuration for the first time, they wanted a very short max-age, and only after verifying that it works as expected do they want a long max-age.

In this design, I sought to give the user context around the "max-age" value by translating it from it's true value (in seconds) to minutes and a year. We also added a tooltip to explain in further detail what this setting is about for people who are unfamiliar.
