Mechanical Heart Tattoo

At the end of Feburary, I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I nearly didn't make it. Twice. I wanted to create something to remember my experience, my brush with my own mortality. The people closest to me asked for a tattoo design, that they could wear in my honor. This is what I came up with. :)
