HEALTHY CONNECTIONS
This annual community outreach fair in Topeka, KS, features Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library, Community Action Inc, SCMS Health Access, Harvesters Food Network, and GraceMed Health Clinic, working together to provide access and knowledge of community resources in order to improve to quality of life for everyone we serve. I’m thankful for the opportunity to help develop this project in the early stages and establish versatile, recognizable branding standards that can function for the needs of this community for years to come.
