About the Beer: We've combined the clean, puckering tartness of kettle souring with an abundance of juicy, citrus-driven hops to create a beer that’s the best of both worlds, tart juicy and sour! A collaboration brew with our friends at Steelbound Brewery and Distillery this brew is based with Pilsner, Wheat, & Pale Malts and Flaked Oats, then bittered with a blend of Cashmere and Pacific Gem Hops. What makes the flavor even more fruitful is the substantial addition of real Raspberries and Plums. A sour IPA so packed with fruit juice it's sure to leave you wanting more.
