AI-powered Voice Dictation Action Tool

This AI-powered app will enable COMBANK Relationship managers to spend less time on the non-core aspects of their job, in particular, administrative and project management activities. It allows the Relationship Manager to dictate a summary of a customer meeting and have the resulting actions automatically input into the appropriate system (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Dynamics, etc.)

Managers will be able to dictate a summary of a meeting using their phone. After they’ve finished dictating, the application will process their audio and identify actions.

The State-of-the-art speech recognition technology will help to capture any action and assign to the appropriate person. It also smart enough to work out any missing details based on the type of action.
Also, the full transcription will be saved, along with the actions and the original audio file.
