3D Painted Aurea

Out in the countryside so much these days I can't help but get inspiration from nature. Had a go at combining painting and 3D to illustrate some of the plants I see.

Using Affinity Designer to create the painted brush strokes, then modelling and animating the plant in Cinema 4D. Added wind and bend deformers to the leaves as they grow to bring it to life a bit more. 🌱
