PC Express Brand Launch
For some time our grocery team at Loblaw Digital quietly been iterating on our PC Express service providing Canadians with simple ways to get their groceries both for delivery or pickup at one our convenient pickup locations across the country.
Now its time to get loud 🔈
Were excited today to launch a new brand platform for PC Express. This highly collaborative redesign effort touches the customer journey from end to end. We're excited to acquire new customers to PC Express through brand new TV spots, help them learn about the service and get them set up and the redesigned PCExpress.ca, shop their favorite Loblaw store and get groceries delivered to their home or pick up at one of our thousands of locations across Canada. 🇨🇦
I helped to shape was the design of the new pcexpress.ca site. This guided experience outlines what the service is and the options available to customers. Then seamlessly transitions customers to their shopping experience with one of our stores. 🔥
We also developed an extensive digital design system with our brand agency partners to make sure every single touchpoint across our digital channels felt consistent and spoke the new PC Express voice. Staying agile, collaborating and sharing often helped us to spin up the new brand and design system in just a few months across multiple internal and external teams. 🤝
