Digitalising the clinics without causing doctors much fiction by taking them away from writing to which they are habituated from years.

It took a good amount of user research to figure out that current EMR apps which needs tap to complete any action was primarily killing the time in turn making the doctors resistance to adoption to technology increase. So we decided to build our EMR to align with the doctors mental model and henceforth the digital writing feature to recognise handwriting.
