Black Top Cabs App Re-Design

A city like Vancouver lacks ride-hailing services such as Uber and Lyft. Though Vancouver's powerful taxi industry fills this gap by providing mobile apps that riders can use to hail a cab, the apps are not user-friendly and not nearly as efficient as Vancouverites would expect.
Therefore, after a thorough UX analysis of the current interface for Black Top Cabs, along with user research, I became inspired to embark on a journey to offer potential solutions to address some of the problems the Black Top Cabs app faces.
