SITUATION
Engaging game manual needed for last release of Zoo Tycoon 2 on Games for Windows.

CHALLENGE
Very little user assistance existed in game. This created a negative user experience as shown in play tests.

HOW I HELPED
► Created a manual that presented users with a golden path to a successful gameplay experience.
► For the first time ever, zoo staff characters were shown and their roles explained for users in the game's manual.

RESULTS
Positively received by all stakeholders. Approved first round.
